I had an excellent experience at Chicago Auto Place. From the moment I walked in, I was met with Edgar he was friendly, professional, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the options, and make sure I found the vehicle that fit both my needs and budget. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The financing team was also very helpful, walking me through everything clearly and making sure I understood all the details. I left feeling confident about my purchase and extremely satisfied with the level of service I received. If you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty, customer service, and a stress-free buying process, I highly recommend Chicago Auto Place. I love my new car and will definitely return for future purchases. 10 out of 10. 👍

I had a very pleasant experience working with Robert at Chicago Auto Place in the purchase of a used Audi A5 cabriolet. They made it easy to work with them and finalize a deal I was happy with.

Very big inventory of vehicles that are well kept. The staff is very open, they'll show you what you'll pay and give you many options. They'll show you everything about the vehicle of your choice like service records, history, etc.
